Vision
Dear friend,
I tried wearing contact lenses for the first time today.
It was quite extraordinary to have clear vision without wearing glasses. There was a surge of energy.
Sitting in the garden chatting with a friend, seeing the way the sunlight reflects in the rain drops, collecting on a wet leaf. Flowers, astonishing in their colour and intricate beauty.
But there’s another type of vision that our culture is lacking.
Seeing clearly the value and worth of living beings. Seeking to help simply because it is the right thing to do, to care for one another and for our planet and for all of the living and the life to come.
Seeing through a new lens.
A spiritual world view is necessary, not out of moral obligation, but because to rule or make laws, civil, financial or otherwise, that are based on ideas of separation, increases the unnecessary suffering in the world.
A butterfly flapping its wings.
These changes in the ways we see ourselves. Expanding our consciousness so we know ourselves as connected, eternal, spiritual beings on an adventure of discovery and co-creation.
There is no better time than now for self realisation. Here on earth. While we are still incarnate and we can help one another to evolve in kindness and forgiveness and gentleness.
You might feel like you’re the only one or that it doesn’t make any great difference how you think and feel and speak and act. But it does.
Like the butterfly.
Flapping its wings.
Each of us is contributing powerfully to the wellbeing of our planet.
Even if we never meet our efforts for peace join together and grow stronger by the day.
You feel and see it on inside, before it shows up in the slow vibration of life on earth.
Keep your faith in goodness.
However it expresses for you.
Whatever words you use.
However you show up.
You are blessing a tired world.
Till Tomorrow
Love
Mikey
